Prof. Z. lewis . Liu, from U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) visited our group on 5-6 Nov. Prof. Liu introduced the research progress of the resistance mechanism of a promising new biorefinery yeast, applied in cellulosic bioenergy conversion. Researchers discussed the current findings in the joint research and confirmed the framework of the future collaboration. The productive visit pushed the joint research in yeast greatly.
