Computational Biology Team attended the IEEE ISB 2013
Prof. Kang Ning, Xiaoquan Su and Xuetao Wang attended the IEEE ISB 2013 from August 23 to 25 in Huangshan. Prof Ning hosted the Session B3: Proteomics I as the Chair, Xiaoquan Su gave a talk of "QC-Chain: Fast and Holistic Quality ControlMethod for Next-Generation Sequencing Data" in conference Highlight session, and Xuetao Wang gave a talk of "GPU-Meta-Storms: Computing the similaritiesamong massive microbial communities using GPU" which was also accepted as the conference paper.
