Xiaoquan Su gave a talk on ISMB BOSC 2013
Mr. Xiaoquan SU gave a talk on ISMB BOSC (Bioinformatics Open Source Conference) 2013 at Berlin, Germany. In this talk he introduced MetaSee (http://www.metasee.org/) for the interactive visualization toolbox for Metagnomic research. During the talk, other related works including Parallel-META, MetaMesh were also presented.
