Prof. Ning attended the Sino-US summer workshop in bioinformatics in Suzhou and give a tutorial on "Metagenomic sample database" of Meta-Mesh.
Meta-Mesh consists of a well-organized metagenomic database and its companion analysis platform that could systematically and efficiently analyze, compare and search for similar metagenomic samples.
